lukewarm drinksinconsistent shower
I found some issues the mini fridge was not very cold. My drinks remained lukewarm it's really not acceptable the tv remote also didn't work properly which meant i had to get up to change channels ugh. the shower temperature was inconsistent it fluctuated between hot and cold it was a minor annoyance but still not up to par.

Really good Stay with Excellent Amenities
lighting controlscomprehensive breakfastwell-equipped gym
The room design included great lighting controls with relaxed ambiance, nighttime, and full lighting options. Breakfast was comprehensive. I enjoyed the well-equipped gymwith three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area features twenty loungers plus a shaded section.
Housekeeping did not always perform to the expected standard regarding cleanliness of room. Bed cover sheets had a slight smell.

The staff were cute and very polite. They were attentive to all requests and questions. Francis at the concierge was an absolute gentleman and showed respect. I received attentive service , especially at breakfast.

superb stay i can not forget
lighting controlattentive waiter
i loved the lighting control in the room, it offered multiple ambiance settings like relaxed and nighttime. the breakfast was amazing too. hari, our waiter, was attentive. my wife enjoyed a pregnancy massage, it was worth it. the masseuse, mary, was great, she.

quiet arearelaxing room
the location suited us wonderfully creek harbour is a quiet beautiful area the hotel rooms are relaxing the bathroom had lovely views from my room i admire this.
the room was somewhat dark and felt a little outdated although everything else was amazing there.
